A consultation with Dr Kantar does not mean that surgery will be recommended, and in most cases it will not be required. 
Dr Kantar will work with you to ensure you understand your condition and the options available to you. We will then tailor a treatment plan to best suit your needs. 

1. The following is required by all patients: 

• A valid referral sent to us by your GP or referring specialist 
• On boarding questionnaire & Online Patient Registration which we will send to you 
• For DVA, TAC, and WorkCover; a valid claim number. 

Yes, we are happy to provide phone consultations for patients if appropriate so long as it does not interfere with our rigorous evaluation process or our ability to deliver appropriate care. Please notify one of our staff members if this is your preference.

The consultation includes a detailed assessment, examination, and discussion of personalised diagnosis and treatment options.

• Review Consult: 15 Minutes duration 
• Telehealth Review: 15 Minutes Duration
